If you like, we can build your kart. 

All of our mechanical staff  are active racers and know what it takes to race-prep your kart for maximum performance. 

We will ensure your kart is assembled properly, using proper torque specs, fastener adhesives where needed and we hand off all chassis to a second technician for quality control inspections. 

Chassis assembly includes a precision laser alignment of the steering assembly. 

One of the best ways to get maximum performance from your kart is to have the kart scaled. We have digital scales for all four corners of your kart so we can adjust driver position and lead ballast positions to acheive the exact front to rear balance of your kart. 

It cannot be stressed enough, the importance of scaling a kart. It should be considered as essential as putting fuel in your tank. 

Progressive Kart Racing is proud to be partnered with Reaume Brothers Racing (RBR). 

RBR can provide you with engine assembly, dyno testing, race-prepping, and engine rebuilding.

RBR is Vancouver Island's only authorized Rotax sales and service center. They have the ability to rebuild and re-seal your rotax to legal specifications.

Racing Karts allow for full adjustment of seating postion, steering position and pedal adjustment. For a small fee, we can fit you to your kart and refine the setup until your driving position is perfected.
